4. End-to-End Workflow
The system will follow a clear operational workflow from customer request to provider assignment, payment, confirmation, and feedback.
Customer Request
Customer sends a WhatsApp message and provides service type, location, preferred time, and notes.
Booking Creation
The platform creates a booking record and sets the request status as new / pending assignment.
Provider Routing
The system identifies eligible providers and sends the request to the first available provider.
Accept / Decline
If accepted, the booking moves to payment. If declined or not answered, it routes to the next provider.
Payment Link
Fatoora payment link is generated and sent to the customer through WhatsApp.
Confirmation
After successful payment, booking is confirmed and details are shared with customer and provider.
Feedback
After service completion, the customer receives an automated rating and feedback request.
